At Pella Regional Health Center Pharmacy, our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program is designed to help you get the most out of your medications. Our pharmacists work one-on-one with you to review all of your current medications, identify any potential interactions or side effects, and make sure each medication is working effectively for your health goals.MTM services are especially beneficial for patients managing multiple chronic conditions or taking five or more medications.
